BoutiqueBASH - January 2026 Consignor Updates

  • No purses, diaper bags, or backpacks allowed in the sale space. Do not bring them in for Drop-off, Pickup, or shopping. Only small wallets or belt bags, empty shopping bags, empty strollers, or empty wagons are permitted.
  • You will need to show this confirmation email at Drop-off and Pick-up. ID is also required at Pickup.
  • No children at our opening night Sip 'n Thrift except babyworn infants.

What's New for BB Consignors

  • Tagging made easier: Upload your Excel file directly to our tagging template or drag and drop.
  • Brands removed: Champion, Magic Merlin, Nicole Miller NY Kids, Catherine Malandrino, Isaac Mizrahi, Mondetta. See the Brands Accepted Chart for previous brands accepted & removed.
  • Sleepsacks, swaddles, blankets, sleeping bags, bibs, and burpcloths must be hung on hangers.

Registration

  • Also selling at KE and/or EE? You must register separately for them.
  • Moved? Change of email? Changed name? Register again, enter your previous name and previous house # to pull up the old information, then type the new information.

Tagging Rules

  • Can't tag? Sign up for We Tag for You. But it fills FAST!
  • Your code & cardstock color will not change. So you can tag even if registration is not open. But you must register again once each event's registration opens for the new season.
  • Minimum BB clothing price: $5 (undergarments and non-clothing items may be lower).
  • No rollover after BoutiqueBASH: Pick up all items. Only kids’ clothing will be sorted. Reprice items that did not sell and return them at a lower price and discount choice for KE or EE.
  • You have to add curling ribbon and label items "boutique" for KE only, not for BoutiqueBASH.
  • No handwritten or photocopied tags. All fields must be typed using our online tagging system.
  • Sticker tags are no longer accepted. Retag with our standard tags.
  • Tape the punched corner of each tag before attaching.
  • Typed 3+ word descriptions required in addition to size, brand, and color(s). Incomplete descriptions reduce earnings to 55%.
  • Zip ties required whenever possible.
  • Paper: 65 or 67lb cardstock required - white to donate unsold items, your assigned color to pick up unsold items at Pickup.
  • Duplicate tags:
    • Use for 2-piece sets, boxed shoes (brand new only are allowed to have box), or where zip-tying isn’t possible.

    • Duplicate tags print with a description and "See other tag" in the price field.

    • Duplicate tags are a separate option on our Print Tag page if you use our old tagging system or choose the # of duplicate tags needed in our new Excel template and the system will generate the requested # of duplicate tags with matching descriptions marked "See Other Tag" in the price field.

Accepted Items (See How to Tag for specifics by item type)

  • Clothing: Must be current (manufactured within 3 years) and on the Brands Accepted Chart.
  • Jewelry: Must be high-quality or classic style (no costume or MLM) and on the Brands Accepted Chart.
  • Books: Only brand new infant and preschool picture books (no used or chapter books).
  • Large items: Attach a Large Item Claim Ticket at Drop-off.
  • Car seats: Write expiration date in red (e.g., EXP 10/28). A $10 fee applies for car seats expired or expiring in the next 6 months, which will be destroyed.
  • Off-season or unaccepted items: A $1 fee per item applies if 5+ are found (stained, wrong season/gender, unapproved brand, etc.).
  • Men's clothing must be CASUAL athleisure  - nothing you'd wear with dress slacks!

Brand Approvals

If a brand is not on the Brands Accepted Chart, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a link to the brand on Nordstrom.com (or another store if not sold at Nordstrom).
We do not accept brands sold at big box or department stores.

    • Items tagged with white cardstock are donated before Pickup.
    • Items tagged with your assigned color of cardstock will be available to pick up until 7pm.
    • All remaining color tag items are donated at 7pm and checks are mailed that evening if not picked up.
    • We offer Special Paid BB Pickup times if you can't make it to our regular Pickup.
    • Sending someone to pick up your unsold items? Forward them this confirmation email. To have them also pick up your check, also forward them the photo you take at Drop-off of your shopping pass. We do not sort adult items, so they may have difficulty finding yours.
  • Your spouse and/or child's grandparents are allowed to shop with or without you with your pass with the photo you take at Drop-off of your shopping pass. If your family will NOT be shopping, consignors are permitted to bring 1 friend. Additional friends will need a ticket to shop.
  • Consignors can have spouse/partner, & parents, -OR- 1 friend on all days they are able to shop. This is only for BoutiqueBash & Everything Else Sales and does not include Kids EveryWEAR. Crew are not allowed to bring a friend. If Consignors are bringing a friend, they can't bring family.

Consignor BoutiqueBASH Shopping Policy

  • Show ID and photo of shopping pass you take at Drop-off to shop.
  • Your spouse and/or child’s grandparents may shop with or without you using your pass (photo taken at Drop-off).
  • If your family won’t be shopping, you may bring one friend instead. Additional friends need their own ticket.
  • Consignors may bring either family (spouse/partner, children, or parents) or one friend—not both.
  • Applies only to BoutiqueBASH (not Kids EveryWEAR).
  • Crew may not bring a friend to Crew shopping times.

Consignor FAQs

When I am attaching tags to toys or Ziploc bags, etc., can I cover the QR code with packing tape?

No! Please do not cover the QR code with tape! It will not scan properly.

Do I pay the consignor fee when I register?

No, your fee is deducted from your check for every sale in which you sell items after your 65% is calculated.

What do I do if I can't consign after all?

Please unregister by registering again. Type the word unregister in the box beside the consignor checkbox. Thank you.
