Crew: Your confirmation email is your ticket for full-price and discount days.
Consignors: Take a photo of your shopping pass at Drop-off.
Both: Bring photo ID to shop.
Neither: Tickets required!

Follow GPS directions to South Hills Mall and park near our BoutiqueBASH banner between Walgreens and the former D&S Cafeteria.
This is the only entrance for the sale - entry is not available from inside the mall.

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa (with ID), Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Sorry, no checks, AMEX, or Discover.

All Sales Final

Because we allow no returns or exchanges, our crew can help you open and test all plug-in or battery items, count parts & pieces, and inspect all items, even items marked "complete" or "new," at our Inspection Station at the Fitting Rooms in order to ensure that they are complete, meet your expectations, and are in good working condition before you purchase!

Shopping Details

Bags: No purses, backpacks, or diaper bags allowed inside. Small wallets or belt bags are fine.
All items are carefully checked at exit.
Presales: Shop early with a presale ticket - details and ticket options on our Sale Schedule.
Bring a wagon or stroller & empty shopping bags! We also sell Ikea bags for $2.
DIY cart tip: A laundry basket with a rope or bungee cord on a luggage rack makes a great "shopping cart."
Fitting Rooms: Try on items here, hang unwanted items neatly, and hand them to the Crew. You can open, count, or test items here too. Batteries available!
Holds Area: Bring full baskets or large items to Holds only if you're certain to buy them. Flatbeds are available for transport but must be returned right away.
Claim Tickets:
- For large or heavy items, using pencils available at the front and on sign stands, fill out the top portion of the Claim Ticket with your name, date, and phone number.
- Keep the bottom portion while you shop.
- At checkout, give your Claim Ticket to your Crew Member for processing.
- After paying, show your Claim Ticket and Receipt stamped PAID at the door to pick up your item.
- For high-end items, a Crew Member will retrieve them for you.
Overnight Holds: Paid large items can be held overnight (except the final sale day). Pickups must be during shopper hours - see the Sale Schedule!
Missing Tags: We can't sell items without tags. If an item is missing a tag, check the Holds Area.
Restrooms are located towards the back of the store.
Checkout: Follow the Checkout signs. A Crew member will scan your tags before you head to Payment.

Helpful Tips

Make a shopping list - great time to plan for birthdays and Christmas!
Plan to spend the day - bring water, snacks, and comfy shoes.
A fanny pack keeps hands free for browsing.
We check all bags and bins at exit.

Kids & Families

We love kids - but your trip will be easier (and faster!) without them.
If you bring children:

Keep them with you at all times.
No running, riding toys, or playing with toys.
Kids 3 and under must be in a stroller, wagon, or baby-worn.
Children are not permitted at our Sip & Thrift Premier Night.

A separate ticket is required for Full Price and for 50% off, so snag one for full price day and for 50% off day.
After your full price day, feel free to return on any other full price days!
The Sapphire and Platinum Tickets get you in for Full Price AND 50% off!
The Gold Ticket only gets you in early for Full Price Day.
The Silver Ticket gets you in early only on 50% off Day!
We have $5 and free tickets too, but you'll need one for each day you want to shop if you choose the $5 or free options.
