How much does Restock cost?

We will deduct 50 cents per restock clothing item from your consignor check. There is no cost for other restock items.

When is Restock?

  • To bring your restocks at the earliest possible time if you miss regular Drop-offs, join the Crew and bring them to your Crew shopping time or buy a Sapphire, Platinum or Gold Ticket! We do NOT allow restocks at any other times. Do not email to request a special restock time. Restocks must be submitted for inspection at least 2 hours before the end of shopping. No exceptions.
  • If you are not part of the Crew or don't buy a Sapphire, Platinum, or Gold ticket, bring your Restocks on our Consignor shopping day at your full price shopping time - color tag versus white tag. Restocks must be submitted for inspection at least 2 hours before the end of shopping. No exceptions.
  • We will not allow Consignors who are not Crew or do not have a Sapphire, Platinum, or Gold Ticket to drop-off any items during Crew shopping hours. No exceptions.
  • NO RESTOCK IS ALLOWED AFTER CONSIGNOR FULL PRICE SHOPPING DAY.
  • Clothing restocks will be hung on special racks for shoppers and will be merged into regular racks before Friday Public Full Price shopping.

*NO EARLY ENTRY WITH ITEMS UNTIL YOUR SHOPPING TIMES LISTED BELOW - you must get in the normal shopper line even if you have restocks.

  • White Tag Consignor Restock: Sunday, October 19, 2pm-6pm - all restocks must be in the store by 6pm
  • Color Tag Consignor Restock: Sunday, October 19, 3pm-6pm - all restocks must be in the store by 6pm
  • ALL Restock DROP-OFF ITEMS MUST BE SHOWN TO OUR RESTOCK CREW FOR INSPECTION & CLOTHING ITEM COUNT.
  • You must PRESORT all clothing by GENDER, then by TYPE, then by SIZE before entering the sale space.
  • Use these sizes for presort:
    • Ladies/Jr XXS, 00, XS, 0, 1, 2, 3, S, 4, 5, 6, M, 7, 8, 9, 10, L, 11, 12, 13, 14, XL, 16, XXL, 18, 20, 22, 3X, 24, 4X, 26, 5X* Petite items hang with the regular sizes, not separately.
    • Mens XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL
    • Mens Pants by waist size 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42,44, 46, 48, 50
    • Mens Dress Shirts by Neck Size 14 - 14-1/2, 15 - 15-1/2, 16 - 16-1/2, 17 - 17-1/2, 18 - 18-1/2, 19 - 19-1/2
  • Also separate out your
    • Maternity
    • Lululemon & Athleta
    • Anthropologie & Free People
    • Ladies all cotton round neck Graphic Tees
  • Make the Restock Crew aware of those special categories so we can stamp your tags and get them to their special racks!

Restock Restrictions for the EverythingELSE Sale

  • At Restock we accept anything & everything with max discount option only (black printed under price) on our Items Accepted List except books.
  • NO BOOKS allowed at Restock.
  • ALL RESTOCKS MUST HAVE MAX 75% OFF DISCOUNT OPTION (black printed under price)
  • Children's toys < $15 at Restock must have white tags and black max 75% off discount option (black printed under price)
  • Large indoor and outdoor children's equipment can have color tags but must have black max 75% off discount option (black printed under price).
  • All restocks of clothing, furniture, housewares, home decor, purses, and items we do not sort can have color tags but must have black max 75% off discount option (black printed under price). 
  • We would LOVE your LARGE INFANT EQUIPMENT or children's toys - You can use colored tags and max discount choice on large equipment restocks priced at $15 or above!
    • Large children's outdoor & indoor equipment sells like hotcakes & you earn the BIG BUCKS fast. One tag. Big Bucks!
  • We supply Claim Tickets at Restock for your high-end $25+ items and items too large to fit in a laundry basket.

Item Check at Check-in Table

  • When you enter with Restocks, go to the special restock tables. 
  • Hang all clothing on our Clothing Restock racks. Place all small items on Restock tables.
  • Check-in crew will count, check, and put your clothing items out for you.
  • After crew checks your non-clothing items, you will put those items out yourself.
  • You can't put items out without brand, size, and an additional 3+ word thorough description and proper tags. See the list below for all tag requirements. No exceptions.
  • You must have your items sorted by gender, then type, then size before arrival.
  • You may not tag in the sales space or bring loose tags into the space. Claim ticket item tags should be attached to items with blue painters tape.
  • Remember, starting 2026 all tag fields must be typed in our online system. We will no longer accept handwritten tags.

We will ask you to hang your clothing items on our rolling racks and then we will check them for:

    • Max discount option (black printed under price)
    • White tags on all toys
    • 65-67 lb cardstock tags
    • Correct cardstock color (or white to donate unsold items)
    • Tag attached to item not the hanger
    • Zipties used whenever possible, ziplocs sealed with packing tape, all parts & pieces contained or zip-tied to item
    • Duplicate tags on multiple piece sets
    • QR code kids everywear tags
    • Brand + Colors written on tag (or item type of non-clothing)
    • 3+ word thorough description (in addition to brand & colors)
    • No stains/holes/worn toes on shoes
    • Correct season items
    • Hangers facing like a ? question mark so opening is on left
  • If you have Lululemon, Athleta, Free People, or Anthropologie items, please group them separately and point them out to us at Restock.
  • We will count your restock clothing items and we will put them out for you. 
  • You will put out your nonclothing items after we check them.
  • We may reject items after you leave for reasons listed on our Items Accepted page. We fine $1 per unacceptable item for unacceptable restocks. There is a thorough inspection of clothing items after you leave. Our initial inspection is a general tag and overall inspection.
  • We must do a thorough check of your items on each trip into the store.

New Consignors

You MUST print or screenshot your consignor confirmation email & show it to Gail at restock so that you can get paid your sale earnings at the sale end.

Be sure to ask for a photo of a shopping pass so you can return for Consignor Discount Days!
