Reschedule Kids EveryWEAR Crew Slots

Need to reschedule your Crew slot?

  • If it is more than one week before your Crew full-price shopping day, simply click on register and run back through the registration process. Deselect the slot(s) that you can no longer work and choose new slots.

  • If it is less than one week before your Crew full-price shopping day, use Registration to change your slot to another time and forward your confirmation of this change with a note via email letting us know of the shift you must miss and the shift you have now registered for to replace it, keeping in mind the following Crew agreement (which you accepted during online registration):

In an effort to ensure the quality of the sale by retaining a sufficient number of Crew workers, Kids EveryWear will require that Crew fulfill their pledged obligation to work the shift(s) they have selected. Crew are expected to be on time and fulfill entire shift. If you cannot fulfill your shift, please register, uncheck that shift, and choose another. If it is one week or less prior to the Crew Shopping Day, please also forward the confirmation to us at  and notify us of the change.

In the event that a Crew member does not fulfill her commitment or find a suitable replacement on her behalf, Kids EveryWear requests that you venmo kidseverywear $50 per missed shift if you can't reschedule to a makeup slot. We may deduct $50 for regular Crew, $100 for super Crew, or $150 for Super Duper Crew of the consignor earnings if you fail to do so. Preferably we ask that you switch to another slot and let us know! KE Crew who are not consignors and cannot make up a missed slot are asked to venmo kidseverywear or paypal $50 per missed slot to kidseverywear @ gmail . com (removing spaces) within 24 hours of missing their shift to pay for us to hire a replacement. Should a Crew member NOT additionally be participating as a consignor, that Crew may not be allowed to participate again in future Kids EveryWear Crew Preview Sales unless they make up their missed shift or send a gift card. Extreme extenuating circumstances will be considered (such as death in the family).

Should extenuating circumstances prevent you from shopping at the Preview Sale, it would still be our hope that you would consider fulfilling your timeslot so as not to leave us short-staffed.

If it is within one week of the approaching Crew shop date and you find yourself unable to fulfill your slot, we require switching to another slot or finding someone to fill your place. Please understand that these guidelines have been created in an effort to maintain a high-quality sale and a spirit of fairness to all who give sacrificially of their time.

Crew Check-in

  • Here's where to park and enter.
  • Please keep cell phone usage to emergencies only while working your shift.
  • If you have a scanning slot, please watch our Scanning Tutorial on Youtube before coming for your shift to get an understanding of how our scanning system works.
  • For door slots on days we are open to shoppers and Spanish interpreter slots, please download the Ticket Tailor Check-in App to your phone. Download here for Apple. Download here for Google. We will log you into our account when you arrive. Thanks.
  • For drop-off shifts, please watch this video about the front door table and this video about check-in before arriving.
  • For Books Department drop-off shifts, please read this document before arriving.
  • Working holds? Watch this video before arriving for your Holds shift.
  • Working fitting rooms? We can't be responsible for items left in fitting room area but we offer a bin to store small pouches, jackets, etc. Small purses such as crossbodies can be worn or left up front. Please don't leave personal items elsewhere in the sort station or ask anyone to watch your belongings during your shift.
  • For heavy lifting setup and breakdown slots, please bring work gloves.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
  • Bring a labeled meal, snack, and drink as needed, and ask where to keep your items at the sale.
  • Go to Crew Check-in for your name tag, apron, and shift overview. 
  • Highlight your name on the check-in sheet and note the time if late. (If late, you must stay late to complete your full shift time.)
  • If no name tag, write your name on a blank tag and insert it in the sleeve. Add your name to the check-in sheet corresponding to your position and correct time.
  • Let us know of any specific skills you have.
  • You commit to shopping only during your shopping time, not during any other times when you are onsite. If you are found to be shopping or stashing during your shift, you will be banned from all Kids EveryWEAR events. It is unfair to others to shop at any time other than your shopping time.
  • Indicate you have completed your shift by returning your name tag and apron to the Crew Member at Check-in. Remove your name tag from the sleeve. Throw away the insert and put the sleeve in the designated bin. 
  • All late-night shift Crew should exit together. Please do not unlock doors to exit. Have us let you out if the doors are locked.

KE Affiliate Program

The KE Affiliate Program should be joined by February 1 to qualify for March 2026 KE. If you join later, you will need to complete all of the Pick 3 Tasks instead of only 3. The final join date is February 7.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
 
You will need to complete the Affiliate program form and hit SUBMIT.
You will need to join our KidsEveryWEAR GroupMe. (This is different than the GroupMe used for BB and EE.)
You will need to join our FB Affiliate Group. (You will need to join it again before each sale as we will purge all members after each sale to make following members easier for us.)
 
KE Affiliate FB group. 
  • We will create a designated post in your name when you submit the google form. In the comments of YOUR post, you can mark each task with the date & "done."
  • You can ask questions in the KE Affiliate FB Group, post your ideas, and cheer each other on!
If you do ALL TASKS on BOTH platforms fb+ig and mark them done in the KE Affiliate FB Group, we will verify on Wednesday, March 4 or Thursday, March 5, and you earn a PLATINUM TICKET (or $50 in KE BUCKS to the sale of your choice or 1 crew shift.)
 
If you do ALL tasks on only FB, join the KE Affiliate FB Group and mark each task done, and you will earn a GOLD TICKET (or $25 in KE Bucks to the sale of your choice.) 
 
If you do ALL tasks on only insta, you will need to DM us each time you do a task instead of posting to the KE Affiliate FB Group. You will earn a GOLD TICKET (or $25 in KE Bucks to the sale of your choice.)
 
Instead of a Platinum ticket, you can earn $50 KE Bucks or 1 crew shift, or instead of a Gold ticket you can earn $25 KE Bucks to the sale of your choice.
 
...and anyone who earns a Platinum ticket also earns the right to ticket referral earnings on all tickets sold with your affiliate ticket tailor link! We will create your affiliate ticket tailor link once you submit the google form. We will post your affiliate link under your designated post in the KE Affiliate FB group.
 
TICKET REFERRAL EARNINGS:
For each ticket in which the buyer uses your ticket tailor affiliate link, you earn 20% of the ticket price!
$1 per $5 ticket purchased for full price, half off, or 75% off,
$4 per $20 ticket purchased,
$5 per $25 ticket purchased,
$10 per $50 ticket purchased
$20 per $100 ticket purchased.
No limit to your earnings. So the more you spread the word and ask people to use YOUR NAME as the referral, the more you can earn!
 
WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR TICKET OR $50 or $25 KE BUCKS?
We will send your ticket or info about your KE Bucks on Wednesday evening, March 4 or Thursday, March 5. We will post to the fb group when tickets have been sent.

WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR TICKET REFERRAL EARNINGS:
Ticket referral earnings will be emailed after the close of 75% off day. 

NOTES:
*We can NOT refund tickets or give referral earnings if a person forgets to give your name as the referral when they buy the ticket. Do not ask. No exceptions.

*We will NOT give you referral earnings if you don't do all of the things to earn a platinum ticket in the KE Affiliate Program. This offer is for full participants in the KE Affiliate Program who do each task within the time allotted. No exceptions.
 
TASKS:
 
1. REQUIRED: Like & follow Kids Everywear on fb and insta.   If you are only doing insta, like & follow us on insta & we will follow you on insta only.
 
Comment DONE on your Task 1 in the FB Affiliate Group.
 
*On fb, please go to Account Settings ➡️ Followers and Public Content ➡️ Who can follow me ➡️ and update the drop-down to PUBLIC if it isn't already. THANKS! This will make it easier for us to verify your tasks. We will follow you back on FB and insta. If you don't do this, you will have to post a screenshot of each task under the comment in your assigned fb group post.
 
2. REQUIRED: Mark our 2 Spring 2026 KE FB events (full price days and discount days) "going" or "interested":
Comment done on your Task 2 in the FB Affiliate Group. The events will be posted on fb after close of 50% off day for the Boutique Bash.
 
3. REQUIRED 1 hr response on these KE FB & INSTA POSTS
            1. heart on fb
            2. gif on fb
            3. funny or significant comment on fb (emojis help push the comments too)
            4. share to your fb page
            5. add a heart on insta
            6. add a comment on ig
            7. share to insta stories
 
           Add these to your calendar alerts so you don't miss them within 1 hr:
  • Sun, February 8, 8pm ticket launch
  • Huge Sneak peek pic posts after each drop-off (likely to post on 2/22, 3/2, 3/4)
  • Tuesday, March 3, 9pm live - interact during live on FB. After live posts to our IG, add a comment & share to fb & ig stories
  • Fri, March 6, 830pm live - interact during live on FB. After live posts to our IG, add a comment & share to fb & ig stories
  • Sat, March 7, 830pm live - interact during live on FB. After live posts to our IG, add a comment & share to fb & ig stories
  • Sun, March 8, 8pm live - interact during live on FB. After live posts to our IG, add a comment & share to fb & ig stories

4. REQUIRED 12 hr response: Add a heart + gif + COMMENT on all other posts/lives/reels as quickly as possible, but within 12 hrs of post time on ALL fb & insta posts & lives not listed in task 3 throughout the sale until our Thank You post after Pickup (it helps the algorithm if done super quickly after we post). Then share them to stories within 12 hrs.
 
Comment POST DATE  within 12 hrs of our post time for each post under your Task 4 in the FB Affiliate Group if we are your fb/ig friend or post a screenshot of each if we are not.
 
5. REQUIRED 5 STORIES:

Create 5+ stories & tag @kidseverywear in each story when you drop off or shop or of your shopping finds. People LOVE to see shopping finds in stories! Do videos & pics of the sales floor or a video or pics of your finds. Add your affiliate ticket link to your stories as well as tagging @kidseverywear. If we are not your insta friend, dm us screenshots of your stories.

Comment DONE under your Task 5 in the FB Affiliate Group if we are your fb/ig friend or post a screenshot of each if we are not.
 
ADDITIONAL TASKS (WE ARE REQUIRING that you choose & do 3 of these tasks. Doing as many as you can can help you sell more tickets with your affiliate link!)
 
6. PICK 3 TASKS: Do 10 random comments in FB groups or on Reddit on other people's posts if they ask where to sell or where to buy XYZ and we sell it.
Tag @Kids EveryWear Consignment Sale in your comments! Screenshot and post under your Task 6 in the FB Affiliate Group if we are your fb/ig friend or post a screenshot of each if we are not.
 
7. PICK 3 TASKS: Share any 3 of our posts/lives/reels to 10 local fb groups.
Comment Post Date + FB GROUP NAMES under your Task 7 in the FB Affiliate Group if we are your fb/ig friend or post a screenshot of each if we are not.
 
8. PICK 3 TASKS: Share our FB EVENT to your page with your own blurb and your affiliate ticket link after tickets launch for KE. https://www.facebook.com/events/kidseverywear
Comment SHARED EVENT under your Task 8 in the FB Affiliate Group if we are your fb/ig friend or post a screenshot of each if we are not.
 
9. PICK 3 TASKS: After the ticket launch share the Nextdoor post and photo from the email we send out to your Nextdoor surrounding neighborhoods. (When we send this email, we will post to the Affiliate FB Group to let you know.)
Comment DONE under your Task 9 in the FB Affiliate Group if we are your fb/ig friend or post a screenshot of each if we are not.
 
10. PICK 3 TASKS: Search for the google review page for Kids EveryWEAR and add a review. Then search for the YELP review page for Kids EveryWEAR and add a review.
