Welcome, BB Crew! Thank you for being the heartbeat of our sale!
We have tried to answer everything across the pages in the Crew menu, so take a look there first! If something is still unclear, we are happy to help through our Contact page.
Please review these essential guidelines before arriving for your shift:
Scanning a shift? Do this before you arrive
Previous scanning crew: please review the Scanner Refresh.
New scanning crew: please read the How to Scan guide and watch our Scanning Tutorial.
- Arrival & Entry: See parking & entry instructions here.
- Check-in: Head to Crew Check-in immediately. Get your name tag and apron, highlight your name on the sheet, and receive a quick overview.
- Special skills: When you check in, let us know of any special skills you have, such as great organizational abilities.
- Late Arrivals: Note your exact time on the check-in sheet and stay late at the end of your shift to make it up.
- Shift Conduct: Please keep cell phone usage to emergencies only.
- Comfort & Snacks: Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a labeled meal, snack, or water bottle - ask where to store these upon arrival.
- Check-out: Always check out where you checked in, return your apron/name tag, and verify your shift completion.
- Late Night Safety: All late-night crew must exit together. Please ask us to unlock the doors so we can lock them securely behind you.
Integrity Policy: You may only shop during your assigned shopping time. Shopping or setting aside items during your shift is prohibited and will result in a ban from all Kids EveryWEAR events (BB, KE, and EE).
