Check before you tag: Inspect every item in bright light for stains, and make sure it is in-season. Stains and off-season items are the top reasons items get pulled - and each unaccepted item costs you $1. When in doubt, leave it out.

Restock Fees

We deduct 50 cents per clothing item from your check (non-clothing items are free). This encourages participation in regular Drop-offs and covers the cost of our team inspecting and placing your clothing items.

Quality & Unaccepted Items

Unacceptable items - stains, holes, tears, off-season - are a $1 deduction each. See our Quality Initiative for the full details.

When is Restock?

Crew & Presale Ticket Entry: Bring restocks during your scheduled organizing shift, Crew shopping time, or if you purchased a Sapphire, Platinum, or Gold Ticket.

Standard Consignors: Wait to bring restocks during your specific Consignor shopping time (White vs. Color tag times).

  • Drop-offs during Crew shopping hours are not permitted.
  • No restocks allowed after Consignor Full-Price Shopping Day. No exceptions; please do not email requests for special times.
  • Restocks must be in for inspection at least 2 hours before closing.
  • Clothing is merged into the sales floor Friday night after Public Full Price shopping.

Consignor Restock Shopping Times:

*You must enter the normal shopper line; there is no early entry for restocks.

  • White Tag: Sunday, October 18, 2pm-6pm.
  • Color Tag: Sunday, October 18, 3pm-6pm.
  • All restock items must be shown to the Restock Crew at the Crew Check-in table for inspection.

Presort Checklist

Please PRESORT by GENDER, TYPE, and SIZE before entering.

Sort by these sizes:

  • Ladies/Jr: XXS-5X, 00-26.
  • Mens: XS-XXXL; Pants: 26-50; Dress Shirts: 14-19.5 neck.
  • Separate: Maternity, Lululemon/Athleta, Anthropologie/Free People, and All-Cotton Graphic Tees. *Alert the Crew to these special categories so we can stamp your tags!

Restock Restrictions

  • What we accept: Anything on the Items Accepted List EXCEPT books.
  • Pricing: Price at 50% or less of retail. Clothing minimum price $4.
  • Discounts: All items MUST have the Max 75% off discount option.
  • Large Items: You can use colored or white tags and max discount for equipment $15+.

Item Check at Check-in Table

Go to the special restock tables upon entry. We inspect items on each trip into the store.

  • Hang clothing on Restock racks; place small items on tables.
  • Crew will count/check clothing; you place your own non-clothing items.

Tagging Requirements:

  • Do not tag items in the sales space.
  • Claim Ticket items must have tags attached with blue painter's tape before arrival.
  • Items must include brand, size, and a 3+ word description.
  • No handwritten tags: All tags must be typed via our online system.

Fines:

  • We perform a final inspection after you leave. We fine $1 per item for off-season, stained, or torn items, or anything not on our Items Accepted list.
