What's new for our EE crew
If you have scanned before, please read this Scanner Refresh before arriving.
Scanning updates
We've updated our scanning steps. Please review carefully:
- Note the counting and banding of clothing hangers with green flag tape.
- When scanning, check the screen after EVERY scan to ensure the item is scanned properly and the price is correct.
- Scan clothing FIRST: Bag it and hand all bags to the customer BEFORE scanning big items.
- Scan big items SECOND: Be slow and careful not to miss any.
- Scan loose smaller items THIRD: Bag as you go!
Attention all crew
- Please keep cell phone usage to emergencies while working your shift.
- Click here for pictures of where to park and enter.
- Please check in at Crew Check-in to get your name tag, apron, and a quick overview.
- All Crew should wear comfortable clothing and bring a labeled meal or snack/water bottle as needed.
- When you check in, please let us know of any special skills you might have, such as great organizational abilities.
- At the end of your shift, please check out at the Crew desk to return your name tag and apron and indicate you have completed your shift.
- Late-night shifts: All Crew should exit together. Please do not unlock doors to exit; ask a team lead to unlock them so we can lock them securely behind you.
