Strategy & Privileges

  • White Tags (Donate): Use white cardstock to donate unsold items. This allows you to skip Pickup and often shop earlier! Note: White tag items are donated before Pickup — but any items accepted at the EverythingELSE Sale roll over automatically to the EverythingELSE Sale rather than being donated.
  • Color Tags (Pickup or Rollover): Use your assigned color for items you want returned if they don't sell, or to have them automatically roll over to the EverythingELSE Sale. You can use a mix of white & color tags if you want to donate some & Pickup/rollover some.
  • Supplies: Find your paper and other supplies easily at our Amazon Shop.

Cardstock & Tagging Rules

  • Weight Requirements: Use 65-67 lb cardstock. Regular paper is too flimsy; 100 lb paper often jams printers.
  • Discounting (75% Off): We highly recommend the 75% discount option at KE.
  • Printer Failures: If color printing fails or you do not have a color printer, print in black & white, but you must manually circle the price: RED Pen for "No Discount" or GREEN Pen for "50% Discount."
  • 3000's Color: If available, use LIGHT PINK instead of red for the 3000's code. It scans more easily!
  • Tag Durability: Add tape over the tag corner before punching the hole. Use two layers for shoe tags. Do not cover the QR code.
