KE Seller's report
Want to see exactly what sold and how much you made? You can receive a detailed Excel file (.xls) of your sales for a $5 fee. If you do not purchase a report, you will simply receive your check.
Why do we charge? Because we have to manually enter Seller Reports and many people don't require one, we charge a small fee to try to meet your needs at the lowest cost possible!
Is it ever too late to order?
If you would like to receive a Seller's Report before Pickup, you must pay more than 48 hours before Pickup. Reports paid for within 48 hours of Pickup cannot be sent until after Pickup (although we try hard to send them before).
You can order a report anytime before or during the event, or after the event up until one week before the next event's 1st Drop-off. Once a new event has started, we no longer provide reports for the previous event.
What is on your report?
Your report will list all items that successfully scanned at the sale. Note: Your report will NOT include items you tagged that did not sell. We do not provide a record of what tags you print, only of what tags we scan at the sale.

*If we have to hand-key a tag because it does not scan, we might not hand-key the complete description. This is why some lines might not contain the descriptions you typed. Please be sure your QR code is not covered by tape and is not fuzzy.
Earnings & fines
Check Calculation:
Your check is your percentage of your total sales minus your consignor fee which is $15 for KE. Your % is 65% for regular consignors, 55% for Drop 'n Go consignors, and 45% for We Tag consignors:
(% x total sales) - $15
*This results in the same total pay as if you paid your consignor fee in advance. For example, if you paid the $15 in advance, and you sell $300 in items, you'd earn ($300 x .65) or $195 minus $15 or $180. If someone doesn't make enough to cover that fee, they don't owe us the remaining fee balance.
Why does my report list a fine?
If you brought unacceptable items, your $1 per item fine is listed on your Seller Report. If you brought restock clothing, your 50 cent per clothing item restock fine is listed.
*About Fines: We can mark item tags "accepted" at Drop-off if your item is questionable. But we ask that you err on the side of the other season if you are unsure.
- KE Rule: No adult clothing. Clothing must be priced at and worth $2 and up or it will be pulled. Toys must contain working batteries and be marked "COMPLETE".
- Spring/Summer: No corduroy, velvet, lined pants, lined shoes, turtlenecks. Long-sleeved shirts must be light-weight/pastel.
- Fall/Winter: No linen, madras, seersucker, gauze, light beach pants, terry cloth, above knee pants. No "cold shoulder", off-shoulder, sleeveless (except formal/dri-fit), cap-sleeves, open belly, ruffles, eyelet.
- Condition: No outdated items, yellowing, bleach spots, tiny holes, tiny stains, neck rings.

When do we send the report?
We try to send your report by 2pm on Pickup Day if we receive payment two days or more before Pickup. Please do not email or post to the FB Group asking if we have sent Seller's Reports. We will post to the FB Group once they have been sent. If you ordered on time and haven't received it, please check your spam or promotional folders.
