Seller's Report

At the end of the sale, if you would like to know what you sold, you can receive a copy of your seller's report for a $5 fee.

We've changed our system. We do not accept Venmo or Paypal. Buy your reports for each sale separately here. 

If you do not pay for a Seller's Report, you will just receive a check.

Is it ever too late to order a Seller's Report?

If you would like to receive a Seller's Report before Pickup, you must pay more than 48 hours before Pickup. Reports paid for within 48 hours of Pickup may not be sent until after Pickup although we try hard to send them before.

You may order a report anytime before or during the event or after the event until one week before the next event's 1st Drop-off. Once a new event has started, we no longer provide reports for the previous event.

When do we send the Seller's Report?

We try to send your report by 2pm on Pickup Day if we receive payment two days or more before Pickup. Please do not email or post to the FB Group asking if we have sent Seller's Reports. We will post to the FB Group once they have been sent.

Why do we charge for the Seller's Report?

Because many people don't require a Seller Report, we charge for the Seller Report. We try to meet your needs at the lowest cost possible!

What Is Listed on Your Seller's Report

Here is an example of the information included in the Seller's Report. The Seller's Report will be an Excel file (.xls).

You have to include descriptions online to have the system generate the tags with your descriptions on them, or your seller's report will only include a list of the prices at which your items sold, not their descriptions. Your Seller's Report will NOT include items you tagged but did not sell. We do not retain a record of what tags you print, only of what tags we scan at the sale. You can keep copies of your PDFs if you'd like to know what you tagged. Your check is 65% of your total sales minus your consignor fee which is $15 per event for KE or BB or $20 for EE.

Why Do Some of My Typed Descriptions Not Appear on My Report

If we have to hand key a tag because it does not scan, we do not hand key the description. So some lines may not contain descriptions. This is why. Thank you for your understanding. We are sorry if you had multiple items at the same price and can't tell which item(s) sold. Please be sure your QR code is not covered by tape and is not fuzzy.

Why Does My Report List a Fine

If you brought 5+ unacceptable items, your fine deducted from your check is listed on your Seller Report.
*About Fines: We offer grace in that we do not fine until someone hits 5 items. If you disagree about an item but had 5+ items pulled, we are sorry but there are not exceptions to this rule. We can mark item tags "accepted" at Drop-off if your item is questionable. But we ask that you err on the side of the other season if you are unsure if an item is appropriate for this season. 
For KE events, no adult clothing (not even XXS, XS, 000, 00, etc).
For our Spring/Summer sale, do not bring corduroy, velvet, lined pants, lined shoes, turtlenecks, etc. Long-sleeved shirts must be light-weight, pastel or spring colors. 
For our Fall/Winter sale, no linen, no madras, no seersucker, no gauze no lightweight beach pants, no terry cloth, no above knee pants, no "cold shoulder" or off-shoulder shirts, no sleeveless shirts not even ones you wore under a sweater, no cap-sleeves that get shorter on the underside near seam, no clothing with open belly, no ruffle/butterfly sleeves, no eyelet, no girls shorts except soccer shorts that are not just exercise shorts but specifically made for soccer, no sleeveless except formal gowns and synthetic dri-fit excercise shirts, no bathing suits including any men's shorts with a bathing suit lining. Shorts pajamas should be fleece, flannel, heavy weight. 
No outdated items, yellowing, bleach spots, tiny holes, tiny stains, neck ring.
Clothing at KE must be priced at and worth $3 and up or it will be pulled.
Toys must contain working batteries and be checked and marked "COMPLETE".
